Hello guildies,
Eraption is already nearing completion of all 10-man content in Wotlk. We are doing great progress in our Eye of Eternity runs. This is very good for our guild as those who have completed the content can share the knowledge to others and thereby bringing the other teams to experience content with experienced players who have completed it. This should also better prepare us for our soon 25-man runs.
Although we tried very well, we still fell short of our attempt to down Malygos and thus need a day or two to learn and eventually kill Malygos. For this reason, we are cancelling the Wednesday (1/21) and/or Thursday's (1/22) Naxx runs for the Progression team to Finish Eye of Eternity.
The officers are working on an alternative raid for the people who are scheduled and will get bumped off. We are still deciding on which 10-man run the team will go to. This will depend on experience and group composition. We advise those who have been scheduled to raid on Wednesday to still log in as per schedule given earlier.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we highly appreciate your understanding.
Maraming Salamat po!

Hey guild mates! Some organization must be made with our guild bank and I cannot emphasize more that we, as a guild, have shared responsibility in keeping our guild bank “rich” and free from unnecessary items.
Kindly refer to the important details found below. In behalf of the officers, I highly, deeply, truly encourage everyone to not just simply dump anything to any tab. These simple guidelines are for your reference so you are equipped with the information of which item to put in which tab.
These hold profession items, recipes, armor, and weapon. These 2 tabs exist to help you both in your character and profession leveling from level 1 - 70. This tab is accessible by everyone.
This contains all the pots, elixirs, food, drinks, and scrolls that will be very helpful in instances and raids for those added buffs. This tab is accessible by everyone.
You might see a small restructure in the ranks of our guild to make it simple and understandable, here is an article explaining it. I also renamed the titles to military-style so people would easily understand it.
Cadet - the first rank you get when you join the guild. cadets have a 1 month probationary period where we analyze and asses if you are a good fit for the guild.
Private - this is the first promotion you get after 1 month. this means that you are a fit for the guild. this rank usually is for the people who are still levelling and for casual gamers who do not raid. Privates already have access to the guild bank tabs and have a small daily repair allowance.
Sergeant - everyone who goes raids are in this category. they have access to a higher repair allowance and tab 4 (Raid Mats)
Colonel - all aspiring officers will be under this rank. before they become a general, they have to be examined and checked if they have the leadership skills to be an officer.
General - they are the CO-GM's of the guild, they share the same responsibility as the GM. They run the raids, discuss guild strategy and look at the guild member's welfare.
Field Marshal - the GM rank.
Please let me know if you have questions regarding the ranks via in-game mail

Guys, I have a theory. I want to write about the perceived “easiness” of Ulduar. Random conversations with other WoW players on Twitter and reading of blogs inspired today’s post.
Here’s the theory.
“Ulduar’s easy mode wasn’t cleared because it was easy. It was cleared because the top guilds raid way more than you and I.”
No really?
But let me explain further to the guilds, leaders and raiders who appear to be frustrated by their guild;s lack of progress. Many guilds have forgotten what it’s like to hit a progression wall. Raiders who felt good about themselves and their abilities started having doubts about themselves. More on this later.
Don’t compare your guild to Ensidia or Vodka. Don’t use them as benchmarks to your guild’s success. They are the top guilds in the world for a reason (One of the raid leaders likes to occasionally remind players of this fact). They’re on a completely different level.
It boils down to hard work.
These are guilds that spent extensive time on the PTR. Every time a new boss was active, raids were already in and ready to engage. They would spend hours in there wiping relentlessly experimenting and trying new things and making strategy adjustments.
Sounds like your guild right now, doesn’t it?
The learning process that guilds are going through right now have already been experienced by top guilds on the PTR already.
Don’t be ashamed of yourselves or disappointed. Flashes of sadness, anger, and determination (in that order) routinely flood through me during raids. I’m disappointed at myself for not executing. I become angry because I know I can do better. I’m then determined to prove myself right.
It’s called challenge.
