This week seems to be a productive week in terms of recruiting new members for the guild.  If I'm not mistaken I saw a couple of new mates who are level 80 characters already and three more who are still levelling. This is good and highly encouraging since at this point we are trying to come up with a second 10-man raiding group and eventually a 25-man team (though this may take some time).

As someone who is a veteran in terms of stay with the guild, I am extremely happy to see how far we have come.  From 4 members, we have grown to more than 70 as of the latest count.  We are doing good in our raid progression in Naxx being able to finish Arachnid and Plague quarters, and striving to bring down the 4 Horsemen soon.  I am really proud of our guild.  I must say much of the credits should be given to the officers for they have been constantly planning and implementing strategies to build Eraption and take our guild to a higher level.  Simply put, that means building each of the members, gearing, and training you and me to play our spec to the fullest, recognizing the synergy of the team and making sure that our strengths and abilities are highlighted.  This is NOT an easy task to accomplish.  So to all the officers,   kudos for a job well done!

And to all the new comers, welcome to Eraption!  You have made a wise decision to join us.  To all old members, continue to champion our guild to the rest of Pinoys out there.
